What is your Return Policy?

ANY items(s) purchased that you don’t love may be exchanged or returned, including Sale & Clearance merchandise and items received as gifts. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and otherwise in its original condition.

Purchases made from 11/01/24 – 12/24/24 have until 1/29/25 to return


ONLINE PURCHASES

Within 30 Days of Purchase*:
The 30 day timeframe starts from the date your order ships. Merchandise may be refunded in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise.

Refunds for returns made in-store typically process back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. If the store associate is not provided or able to locate proof of purchase and/or your order number contains all numbers and no letters the store will need to send your return back to the distribution center on your behalf. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return, then an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

NOTE: Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.
